Note:The app is in beta. Please send an email for any comments/bugs. Timbre is a chromatic digital tuner that can be used for tuning mid-high range musical instruments (guitars,violins etc) in the note range C2-B6. It automatically detects the closest note and octave of the note played for easier tuning. The divergence from the closest note is displayed in cents. Most phone and tablet screen sizes and orientations are currently supported. Support for note detection below C2 and a frequency display are underway.
